PERMANENT MAGNETIC SYNCHRONOUS GEARLESS TRACTION MACHINE
Galaxy Lifts has adopted the world’s newest driving technique, the permanent magnetic synchronous gearless traction machine, which has proven to be environmentally friendly, highly efficient, and economical. This machine uses approximately 50% of the power needed by comparable conventional traction machines, saving thousands of kilowatt hours annually. It operates without oil, eliminating the potential risks of fire, soil contamination, and maintenance costs. The machine’s weight and size are reduced by almost 50% compared to conventional traction machines, decreasing the space required for the machine room. The system minimizes vibration and completely eliminates noise from high-speed running gears and motors. The self-generating type energy loss brake effectively prevents the elevator car from sliding and ensures stopping accuracy, providing safety and ease of use.
INTEGRATED CONTROL SYSTEM TECHNOLOGY
Galaxy Lifts has implemented an elevator integrated drive controller, a new generation of state-of-the-art elevator-specific control and drive devices. This includes a 32-bit high-performance industrial-class ARM controller with CANBUS serial communications, resulting in a significant reduction of electrical wiring and redundant components. The system features a safety loop design for safety and door lock checking. It supports various features, including multiple group control, fully selective collective control, load weighing compensation, IC card management, up/down peak service in group, zoned standby service, VIP priority service, and more.
